Cross Keys travel to the capital to take on Cardiff at The Arms Park on Saturday in the Principality Premiership.
The clash will be the first time the two sides have met since Mark Ring left The Keys to take up the backs coach position with the Blue and Blacks back in November.
The Keys are keeping in touch at the top of the league and currently lie in third place while Cardiff are sitting in mid-table in seventh place winning 6 of their 14 games so far with a total of 30 points.
At Pandy Park back in October and with Ringo still with the black and whites, Keys ran out winners in an entertaining clash by 20 points to 13. For Keys tries came from Danny Hodge (x2) and Jonathan Lewis with Dean Gunter kicking a conversion and penalty goal for the home side. Cardiff ensured a tense ending as they came back in to the game in the 2nd half after Keys had dominated the opening 40 minutes and their points came from tries by Steve Cullen and Cory Allen with Joe Griffin kicking a penalty to bag a losing bonus point.
Last season at the Arms Park The Keys won well by 32 points to 24 so a similar result this coming Saturday will do Keys nicely and a win could potentially see Keys climb to second place.
