Llanelli v Cross Keys Match Preview & Team News

Its another crucial relegation for Cross Keys this weekend as they head to Parc y Scarlets to take on Llanelli who, like Keys are in big trouble in the relegation places as the business end of the season rapidly approaches.

A win for either side on Saturday won’t mean that they pull clear of relegation trouble but it will certainly do wonders for confidence with every game vital to the future plans of both sides. A defeat for either side will probably see them lose a little bit of ground on the sides above them which will mean there will be more ground to make up over the coming weeks, although Keys have 2 games in hand over Llanelli which could be crucial regardless of Saturday’s result.

For those that may have forgotten the game between the 2 side’s earlier in the season at Pandy Park the result was a 5 all draw, with both sides struggling in the tricky conditions on a cold, wet Friday evening. Keys only score came via a Srdan Majkic try whilst the visitor’s only score was a try by hooker Taylor Davies.
